Isle Of Man Family Visa

Spouse, Cohabiting or Civil Partnership Visa.

The Spouse, Cohabiting or Civil Partnership Visa applies when you have either a British passport, a British Isles passport and therefore have ‘settled status’ either in the UK or in the Isle of Man or have an Isle of Man work permit and you want your partner or spouse to join you. There are certain criteria that must be met before this visa can be considered. 

Fianceé Visa

If you are applying as a fiancé, fiancée or a proposed civil partner you must be able to prove that any previous marriages or civil partnerships have now ended and that you can provide legal documentation confirming this. You must also marry within six months of arriving in the UK or Isle of Man. During this time, however, you cannot take up employment and your initial visa will only be valid for six months. Once you have entered into a civil partnership or married you can apply to extend your visa.
